By using RF1 Social Scrub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What we provide
RF1 Social Scrub is an automated social media audit service for F1, M1, and J1 visa applicants. We analyze the contents of your uploaded social media data exports against publicly available U.S. State Department guidance, including the June 18, 2025 cable, the Foreign Affairs Manual, and the Immigration and Nationality Act. We provide findings and recommendations. We do not take any action on your social media accounts.
What we do not provide
We do not provide legal advice. We are not an immigration attorney, an immigration consultant, an authorized representative, or a U.S. government agency. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Homeland Security, or any government body. Our findings are informational and based on publicly available U.S. government policy. They are not legal opinions.
If you require legal advice about your visa application, consult a licensed immigration attorney.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee that addressing the findings in your audit will result in visa approval. Visa decisions are made by U.S. consular officers at their sole discretion based on many factors beyond your social media presence. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee about the outcome of your visa application.
Acceptable use
You may use RF1 Social Scrub only for auditing your own social media data. You may not use it to audit anyone else's data, automate or scrape the service, attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our methodology, resell our service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to share your account with anyone else. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up.
Payment
The audit costs $29.99. Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the audit fee. Audits are non-refundable once you have viewed your findings, except as required by applicable law.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing hello@rffi.in. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 90 days.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Frequency and RF1 Social Scrub are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the audit.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Frequency, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
